The drawings that leave the studio are complete enough that the contractor builds what is drawn, not what he assumes. That is what keeps a house on site from drifting away from the house on paper.
In New Cairo the compound decides more of a house than most owners expect: setbacks, height, the colour of the facade, what may be seen from the street. We work inside those rules from the first sketch, so nothing has to be redrawn late.
Between twelve months and three years, depending on the house. We do not compress it.
