A bronze facade folded into fronds, so a small building holds a corner that a taller one would not.
The plot is modest and surrounded by larger neighbours, which rules out competing on height. So the building competes on silhouette. The elevation is split into tall bronze blades that fold and peel away from the glass behind them, gathering at the base and opening as they rise. Seen straight on it reads as a single mass; seen from a moving car it opens and closes. That movement is the whole idea — the building is memorable from the road without being large.
The blades are not decoration. They are set on the sun-facing elevations at a depth that shades the glass through the worst hours of a Riyadh afternoon, and they pull back at the entrance to leave one clear, well-lit opening at ground level. A visitor never has to look for the door.
Seen straight on it is one mass. Seen from a moving car it opens and closes.
Bronze-anodised aluminium blades, dark structural glazing, stone base and paving, warm recessed soffit lighting, date palms, low planting.

On a small plot between larger buildings, shape is worth more than floors.
