A space that holds stillness against the city's hum.

Glass channels light like a quiet river. Vertical timber fins run the full height of the facade, so the building changes character between morning and night without ever raising its voice.

The entrance sequence does the real work — a deep canopy, a shaded threshold, and a lobby where wood murmurs with every step. It is a corporate address that behaves like a private one.

Fins sized to shade the glass, not to make a pattern
Materials

Vertical oak and aluminium fins, travertine, structural glazing, slatted timber soffits, warm linear lighting. The fins are set at the spacing that shades the glass from the west and are the only ornament the building has.
