Founded Xforms in Heliopolis in 2007. Eighteen years of private residential work in Cairo, and since then in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Jeddah and Riyadh. He meets every client himself, and draws every house himself.
A house is not a brief to be executed. It is a set of habits, arguments and private rituals that has to be understood before a single line is drawn. That first conversation decides whether we are the right studio for you, and whether you are the right client for us. Both matter.
The person you meet is the person who draws your house. No handover to a junior team, no dilution between the concept and the site.
We accept few commissions a year so that each receives the attention it was promised. Scarcity is not a marketing position here; it is a working method.
Our clients' privacy outranks our portfolio. What you see on this site is the fraction we were given permission to show.
