We design private homes for families who will live in them long-term. The work is quiet by intention — built around stillness, light, and the rituals of a household, not the camera. Most of our work is never published.
We accept roughly a limited number of residential commissions a year, alongside a small number of select commercial projects. Each residential commission takes between twelve months and three years.
Cairo, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed and Egypt's North Coast; Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar; and select projects in the United States.
Initial conversations are by introduction. We meet once before accepting a commission, to understand the home and the family. There is no cost for this meeting, but we only schedule it with clients whose projects are a genuine fit for the studio.
Yes — most commissions are complete visions: architecture, interiors, landscape and lighting carried as one hand, from first drawing to final object.
